Privacy

The data controller is the site operator identified in the Imprint, one click away and always current there; reach the controller directly at hello@plainforge.com.

No cookies. No analytics scripts. No tracking pixels. No accounts. This site sets nothing and phones nothing home.
Everything you type into the calculators runs and stays in your browser. Shareable links encode your inputs in the URL you copy; share them only with people you want to see those inputs.
One optional feature stores data on your device. If you use the standing requirements block in the RFP Desk and press save, that text is written to your browser's local storage so it is still there next time. It stays on that device, it is never transmitted to us or anyone else, it is deliberately kept out of shareable links, and the Clear button removes it immediately. Nothing else on this site stores anything, and no part of the site sets a cookie.
The RFP builder transmits data only when you click “Email the desk,” which opens your own mail client. Sending is your action, through your provider, under their privacy policy.
If you email us, we process your message and address to answer you and to make any introduction you request (legal basis: our legitimate interest in corresponding with you, and your request itself). We don't sell, rent, or broadcast contact details, and threads are kept only as long as the conversation and any follow-up genuinely require. Ask us to delete a thread and we will.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger, an EU-established company) processes standard server logs (IP, user agent) to serve and protect the site, acting as our processor, as any host does. Hostinger states that it processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR, and that where its processing or sub-processing happens outside the EU or EEA it is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights. You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of anything we hold about you (which, unless you have emailed us, is nothing), object to processing, and receive a copy of your data. Write to hello@plainforge.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; for this controller that is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt ), or the authority where you live.

EU/EEA visitors: no consent banner appears because none is needed. There is nothing to consent to.

How we make money: full disclosure

PrivateJetSky is free and shows the same numbers to everyone. The business model, in whole:

No referral agreement is currently signed, so at the time of writing this site earns nothing from anything. Introduction requests are handled by hand from the desk and we will tell you plainly that no commercial relationship exists.
If you ask the desk for an introduction and subsequently book with the brokerage we introduce, that brokerage may pay us a referral fee or commission share. This never increases your price; brokers pay referral fees out of their margin.
Any brokerage we introduce must first meet our published partner standard, which exists in public before any partner does. Placement cannot be bought, only passed, and a brokerage that offers to pay for it is disqualified by the offer.
A commercial relationship can never touch a number. No estimate, ranking, verdict or band on this site is influenced by a partnership. If we sign a partner whose own website quotes prices, the Quote Audit stays exactly as blunt about their quotes as about everyone else's: no adjustment, no exemption, no softer language.
We may in future carry clearly-labeled sponsorships from aviation businesses. Sponsors get a label. They do not get input into rankings, estimates, or editorial content; the methodology is public precisely so you can check.
We hold no inventory, mark up no flights, and sell no data.

These terms govern your use of privatejetsky.com, operated by the person identified in the Imprint, which is the authoritative record of who runs this site.
PrivateJetSky is not a charter broker, aircraft operator, or air carrier and does not sell air transportation. All flights arranged following an introduction are operated by third-party certificated carriers (US FAR Part 135 or national AOC equivalents) under their own authority and terms.
All figures are editorial estimates for orientation, labeled EST, and are not quotes, offers, or financial advice. Verify every number against a written quote or contract before committing money.
Aircraft purchase and ownership involve substantial financial, tax, and legal considerations. Engage a qualified aviation attorney, tax adviser, and technical consultant before any transaction. Nothing here is investment advice.
The site is provided “as is,” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of these estimates.
