Email is the operative channel and reaches the operator directly; there is no call centre and no contact form, by design. Messages in English or Lithuanian are answered.
What this service is, and is not
- PrivateJetSky publishes independent decision tools and editorial cost estimates for private aviation. Nothing on this site is a live quote or an offer, and no contract for goods, services or air transportation is concluded through this site.
- PrivateJetSky is not an air charter broker, aircraft operator, or air carrier and does not sell air transportation. The activity of publishing this site is not subject to an aviation authorisation or licensing scheme, and no supervisory aviation authority oversees it. Any flight arranged after an introduction is operated by a third-party certificated carrier under its own authority (US FAR Part 135 or a national AOC equivalent).
- How the site earns money, in full, is disclosed at the disclosure section; the criteria any commercial partner must meet are published in the partner standard.
Responsibility for content
The operator named above is responsible for the content of this site. Every figure is either computed by the published methodology, cited to a named source with a read date, or labeled as an estimate. Corrections are published rather than argued with: write to hello@plainforge.com and, where a figure is wrong, the fix appears in the next Index edition with a note.
Disputes and applicable law
- Since no consumer contracts are concluded through this site, the EU rules attaching to online sales and service contracts do not apply to your use of it. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025 and is deliberately not linked here.
- Use of this site is governed by the terms of use. The operator is established in the Republic of Lithuania and this notice is provided under Lithuanian law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.
- Data protection questions and rights are handled as described in the privacy policy, which names the controller and your right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority.
